Improve your quality of life with carefully structured strength training. Improving flexibility is not enough. Our trainers will guide your development of stability, balance, and increased ranged of motion. Useful strength delivered!

Our Seniors classes are primarily intended for people who need/want a more careful, methodical approach to their fitness programming.

* Seniors do NOT need to do our introductory personal training sessions to join the Seniors classes.

* The first class is free for new Senior members to check us out.

When people are putting on their bathingsuits, Sean is putting on his skiis!

Backcountry skiing is one of Sean's passions. A couple weekends ago, he and a couple friends hiked up to 11,000 feet on Emmons Glacier and skied down. They were trying to summit Rainier and ski from there but the stove to melt the drinking water was broken and they aren't quite the camels they used to be so they only hiked to 11,000 feet!

Just 2 days ago, Sean summited Mt. Adams and then flew down the mountain.

Kettlebell Clinic Review

Monday, July 5, 2010

We offered our first Kettlebell Clinic on Saturday June 26th. Tom Corrigan lead the clinic and taught everyone the wonderful nuances of the KB Snatch. If you are looking for a little variety in your training, spend some time specializing with kettlebells. Tom is a great guide! He is teaching a Kettlebell class every Sunday at 11:30am. This class is open to all CrossFit Seattle members. Drop-ins are welcome.
