Gym CLOSURE: Aug 30 - Sept 7

After 7 continuous years of being open we have decided to take a week off! We will be closed from August 30 through September 7th.

The Gym will reopen on September 8, 2009.

Burgener Olympic Weightlifting Clinic - thank you Mike!

Yesterday Mike Burgener put on his 5th annual Olympic Weightlifting clinic at CrossFit Seattle and it was, of course, better than ever. Thank you Mike for another fun and knowledge-packed day!
