Fourth of July Hours

We will be open for our regular 8:00am, 9:00am and 10:00am classes.

The Olympic Weightlifting classes at 11:00am and 12:00noon are cancelled.

Saturday's CrossFit Kids Warm-up

Thank you to all the kids and parents that showed up on Saturday for our CrossFit Seattle Kid's warm-up. We had a great time teaching the kids to squat, deadlift and push-up. They did a short workout using their new skills and then they played "tunnel under relay".
