After a lot of wracking of brains, I think last night was the FOURTH annual Twelve Days workout--because I remembered that the first one was in 2004. CrossFit Seattle regulars plus guests from CrossFit Northwest, Rain City CrossFit, Bremerton, and perhaps elsewhere, survived a grueling but successful workout.

The 4th Annual 12 Days of CrossFit will happen:
Friday, December 14th at 5:00pm and 6:00pm.
Everyone is welcome. Afterwards we will have our Holiday Party Potluck.
