Goodbye and THANK YOU to Fran!

Fran's last day at CrossFit Seattle is November 19th. We will be having a goodbye party for her at 3:00pm that day so please join us if you can.
Fran started working out with us at CrossFit North in the Fall of 2004. She started assisting Dave with our Team Survivor class in 2006 (I believe) and officially started as a trainer at CrossFit Seattle in April 2008.
Fran has started her own CrossFit affiliate, CrossFit 206 in the Central District Area. We wish her and Tom the very best and thank them for all their support over the last 5 years.
